At FireStorm's Magickal Market we strive to make customer service our #1 priority.  Upon recieving any order, we will ship the next business day after payment is posted.  You will recieve notice that your package has been shipped and tracking information.  On large orders (10 or more), please allow 4-5 business days to process your order.  We now ship everything United States Postal Service- Priority Shipping (2-3 days & tracking included).

We will allow refunds/ returns on our products if notified within 3 business days of confirmed delivery, although we cannot be responsible for breakage due to postal service or for problems in shipping once delivery is confirmed via USPS unless there is a mistake in shipping address on our part.    Gemstone Jewelry we will ask to be returned for repair, or will refund your money, once returned, minus $4.00 restocking fee.  On all Soaps and items of that nature, they must be returned and shown to have not been used, and reason why, then a monetary refund will be issued.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns that you might have about our shipping or a order that you have recieved and we will contact you with 1 business day.
